This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned. Each project partner upload this section of a three months basis.

Objectives of activities carried out:

The project management is carried out throughout the project period and ensures the correct development of the project activities and the achievements of the expected results.
It is divided into 4 main activities:
- Coordination of the activities
- Dissemination
- Exploitation
- Evaluation

Coordination of the activities
It includes:
• Planning of all the activities of the project for the 2 years project life
• Participation in 4 transnational meetings of the steering committee
• In progress reporting activities and delivery of yearly reports at progress and final stage

Dissemination
In includes:
- Sharing the CLIL4STEAM Portal and the results of the CLIL4STEAM project with the highest number of operators in the field of education
- Sharing the CLIL4STEAM Portal and the results of the CLIL4STEAM project with the highest number of citizens
- Spreading the CLIL4STEAM activities and results on the most popular Social Network (Facebook and Twitter)

Exploitation
It aims to promote the project sustainability. The actions to be carried out are:
• Promote the Portal through the exchange links with Portals addressing similar issues (e.g. Portals providing educational materials for teachers; portals on education etc.)
• Promote the among public authorities and key policymakers in order to gain institutional consensus and promoting the insertion of project results in policies for Education.
• Involve new members as associated partners

Evaluation
The aim of evaluation is to measure and ensure the quality of all the activities and of the project intellectual output. Both project partners and end users are involved and will have to fill in ad hoc questionnaire

Description of activities carried out:

Montale has been involved in the following activities:
1. preparation of 11 topics of IO1.A forms which were sent to Pixel prior to the kick-off meeting
2. participation in the kick-off meeting in Florence
3. selection of the priority topics to be recorded on videos, then sent to Pixel
4. selection of the topics on which to find online resources and additional materials, then sent to Pixel
5. selection of the 2 English teachers and of the 5 STEAM teachers to be involved in the project
6. planning of dissemination events to be carried out in the following months
7. planning of meetings with the selected teachers to plan the future project activities
8. planning of the translations of the video subtitles
9. the STEAM teachers have completed the review of existing resources
10. The two English teachers have completed the translation of the scripts for all the video lessons
11. the Italian subtitles have been uploaded to all the video lessons
12. participation in the online meeting on 4th June 2020
13. participation in the online meeting on 19th October 2020
14. testing of the video lessons is being carried out by the STEAM teaachers
15. 6 STEAM teachers have tested some resources both for their lessons in presence and online
16. the STEAM techers have completed the questionnaire about the videos (13 questionnaires) and we also have 173 questionnaires as feedback by the students
17. Five lesson plans have been uploaded on the portal
18. one more partner school has been uploaded on the portal
19. participation in the online meeting on February 11th
20. participation in the online meeting on March 11th
21. 2 more associated partners have been uploaded , reaching the number of 6
22. 2 more exploitaation links have been added, reaching the number of 6
23. some more dissemination activities have been added, reaching a number of 27
24. STEAM teachers have prepared 7 case scenarios
25. the 7 case scenarios have been translated in Italian
26. a selection of teachers has been carried out, to select the STEAM teachers to take part in the training activity in Florence
27. participation in the online meeting on 9th July
28. the remaining case scanarios have been produced by the Italian teachers and they have been translated into Italian
29. the Guidelines for teachers have been translated in italian
30. the case scanarios from Romania, Poland and Lithuania have been translated in Italian
31.Ms Risso participated to the online meeting on the 27th September
32. Three teachers took part in the week training course in Firenze, they were Mr Callegari Marco, Ms Guaitolini Chiara, Ms Bianchi Laura
33. On 6th October the Multiplier Event took place at Montale, in Genova in Via Timavo 63. It was a face to face event. 30 teachers from other schools took part in the event, together with 8 teachers from Montale
34. The evaluation questionnaires were collected during the ME
35. all the documents of the follow up of the ME were filled in together with the report on the questionnaire and the best practice for the dissemination

Results Achieved:

The results achieved have been as following:
1. 7 out of the 11 topics by Montale have been selected to be developed during the project
2. Montale has translated the project brochure
3.27 dissemination events have been carried out
4. a total of 49 reviews of existing resources have been uploaded on the portal
5. translations of the video scripts for all the video lessons and upload of the subtitles on YouTube have been completed
6. 6 associated partner schools have been uploaded
7. 6 exploitation links have been sent to Pixel
8. 5 lesson plans have been uploaded
9. 12 case scenarios have been developed and translated in Italian by Montale
10. the Guidelines and all the case scenarios produced by the foreign partners have been translated in Italian
11. The Multiplier Event was a success and all the participants were enthusiastic about the resources produced by the project schools
