It might be an excellent way to revise the material. Possible difficulties for the students Students whose level of English is poor might have problems with understanding the content. Students who have not studied hydrocarbons can face difficulties in completing the quiz. Since gamification modifies the brain's reward and pleasure center and ameliorates learning, using this resource might bring a lot of positive learning effects. It is well established that games by allowing winning and providing positive feedback can activate the brain's pleasure circuits by inducing the release of the neurotransmitter dopamine. Students will definitely remember information on hydrocarbons better.
